Fitting new into old.

Grosvenor Property UK is one of the world's largest privately-owned property businesses. They develop, manage and invest in property in more than 60 cities around the world.

Their approach is driven by the idea of mutual success between themselves, communities and the environment. This is guided by their Community Charter and commitment to becoming a net zero
carbon business in 2030.

Grosvenor work to ensure that existing buildings are used intensely but sensitively, carefully adapted to allow new imaginative uses; and that new ones are designed and built to last.

  • Grosvenor own & operate an extensive portfolio of existing and historic buildings in London - these present a huge challenge for their pathway to net-zero. They wanted to learn how innovative technology could be integrated easily into their ageing building stock

  • Forsta Projects have equipped their Mayfair HQ with a smart ventilation control system. This takes data from all over their building and matches the ventilation with the occupancy in different areas of each floor-plate. This ensures optimum air quality at minimum spend.

  • The automated optimised running patterns shall achieve +50% energy saving.

This is equivalent to over 50 tonnes of CO2 per annum.

  • We have partnered with Forsta to help us understand the air quality in our buildings and to make improvements that benefit the occupiers of our spaces. Our partnership is very collaborative and we have worked together in bringing innovative solutions into our properties that not only improve air quality but also reduce our energy consumption which is critical for Grosvenor to achieve our sustainability goals.
